Our founder Martin Avison was a speaker at this morning’s Meet the Fund Managers event in Doncaster. A big thank you to the organisers for inviting us to be part of the event.
Martin was presenting alongside Andy McKenna from the South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority and Sue Harrison from Business Doncaster.
It was great to meet some local businesses who were exploring their funding options as well as connect with stakeholders in the region.

We’ve worked with some fantastic new founders this year, and have also worked with some of our previously funded businesses on their follow on investment. There’s nothing better than hearing the progress founders have made following their investment and their plans for further expansion as they come back to us and do it all over again!
For some founders, depending on their businesses journey, funding can become a full time job. We have known founders who have had to employ someone into the business who’s sole job is to go through the funding loop on repeat. We are here to support founders who just don’t have the time (or connections) to complete their funding rounds on their own.
